THE 30 DAY CHALLENGE
Who's it for?
This challenge is for anyone who wants a clear path forward – not a loose collection of exercises, but a structured 30-day journey with daily guidance that removes all the guesswork.
- You want to learn the Mindgasm basics properly. Step by step, at a sustainable pace – no overwhelm, no dead ends.
- You thrive with structure. The 30-Day Challenge playlists lay out exactly what to practice each day. This is the path we strongly recommend.
- You’re looking for more than just a technique. Daily motivation and weekly excursions are woven into the challenge to enrich your life well beyond the practice itself.
- You want to know others are on the same path. The User Stories section lets you hear from real explorers – people who started exactly where you are.
Whether you’re brand new to Mindgasm, returning after a previous attempt, or simply tired of habits that leave you feeling empty – this is where you begin.
PREPARATION - WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Headphones
Use good headphones! Mindgasm uses the language of music to teach you about feelings that no words could describe. So make sure to listen on the best device possible. Subtle notes, deep base tones and carefully crafted harmonies enhance the Mindgasm experience. The right headphone or ear pods will help to create the perfect auditory envirnoment.
Space
Choose a quiet space where you feel safe and relaxed. You might set the mood for yourself. Adjusting the lighting, adding a subtle scent, warming the room, or removing heavy clothing. None of this is required, but over time a small ritual like this trains your mind and body to relax almost as a reflex – the routine itself becomes the signal that something good is about to begin.
Restraint
Consider avoiding temporary direct stimulation of your primary sexual organ for the challenge. Practicing restraint can heighten sensitivity and sexual tension. If you have a partner, communicate your intentions openly – this affects you both. You might even explore this together, focusing on intimacy and closeness while temporarily setting aside that one form of stimulation.
Activity
As you practice restraint, you’ll likely notice a buildup of sexual energy. Channel it into physical activity – walking, cycling, working out, anything that keeps your body and mind engaged. The Mindgasm exercises alone may not be enough on some days. Simple approach: when the urge of the old ways to touch yourself hits, do pushups or take a walk instead. Track your progress.

Set The Stage Properly
You can choose to follow the suggested preparation to increase your chances of success. 30 days can be a long time, and ‘future you’ will thank ‘current you’ if you make good use of the time during the challenge.
