Lesson 1: "First Contact" - Foundation Building
Master basic relaxation, body awareness, and muscle control fundamentals
Feeling relaxed and comfortable during practice, calm mind, good body focus

Able to feel/flex Base
Able to distinct base and center (a bit)
Able to hold 10sec or more
Lesson 2: "Building Foundation" - Advanced Control
Develop stronger muscle control and begin experiencing enhanced sensations
I understand what the sweetspot is
I can hold a full Big Squeeze for 30s
The Big Squeeze causes muscle fatigue, and vibrations (not necessarily pleasurable)
I can scan downwards smoothly
I can find a spot where it feels better
Able to consistently find that sweetspot, even without scanning
Able to hold Base steady, scan down with just Center
Lesson 3: "Advanced Techniques"
Build upon your foundation with advanced muscle control
I understand what the eternal wave is
I can do a slow eternal wave, step by step, Shadow flexing becomes manageable
I can do full tempo eternal wave, rolling motion more than 2 sec. per wave
Able to maintain wave patterns for 60+ seconds consistently
Each pulse of the wave causes pleasure, ramping up with repetition
Lesson 4: "The Top"
Discover and master the Top muscle for enhanced pleasure
I can feel/flex the Top
I can keep the Top flexed while also doing the Eternal Wave
I can do the Top Eternal Wave (2.0)
I can feel how this is a much more pleasurable eternal wave, easier to feel the pleasure
Lesson 5: "The Flow"
Develop continuous pleasure and natural rhythms
I can feel my sweetspot more and more throughout practice
I can find the flow, meaning I can settle into my sweetspot, wave motions, and breathing become easier and more automatic
I can maintain the flow for extended periods (several minutes)
