Are You Ready for Lesson 6 and Beyond?

This assessment determines if you're ready for the Mind Expansion phase of Mindgasm (Lesson 6: Eternal Flame and beyond). These 10 questions evaluate the critical skills needed for the next level of practice.

1. I have been actively practicing Mindgasm for at least 1 month
2. I can hold a +6 or stronger Source flex for 30+ seconds without losing it
3. I have located all 3 muscles: Base, Center (Sweet Spot), and Top
4. I understand what the Top muscle is and can feel it when I flex it
5. I can flex each of the 3 muscles independently (they don't all fire together)
6. I can smoothly move between the 3 muscles, bouncing from one to another with control
7. I can find my Sweet Spot within the first few minutes of most practice sessions
8. I regularly experience pleasure during practice, at least 2-3 intensity (where 10 = traditional orgasm) on a fairly consistent basis
9. Most of my practice sessions result in some pleasurable sensations, not just occasionally
10. When I find pleasure, I can encourage it to increase and grow, not just feel it passively
