LESSONS

The heart of Mindgasm are the LESSONS.

The lessons are intricately composed meditations that guide you step by step through your Mindgasm journey, immersing you deeper with each lesson. Consider the lessons like a roadmap to the mindgasm. Each lesson explains you in a gentle way how to use and combine the necessary muscle groups.
In each lesson you can choose if you want me to guide you with my voice or if you just want to focus on the music, once you’ve learned the cues.

If you are someone who likes to discover for yourself and just try it out, then just start right away with the Mindgasm Experience. Its is designed to help you finding your own path through the experience. I recommend you to start with the lesson “First contact”, in which the basics are explained to you in an easy to understand way and you can already gather your first positive experiences.

Try the lessons in the app when you feel like it.

You will know when you are ready for the next lesson and if you have learned enough for yourself at that time.

EXERCISES

The next category in the app are the EXERCISES.

You will use those to practice what you learned in the lessons. As your mindgasm journey progresses, it will be very helpful for you to keep doing short exercises that allow you to target specific muscle groups and techniques.

The exercises are divided into different categories in the app and you can select them intuitively with simple filters or by using the text search. The exercises were specifically composed to help you on your journey when you feel the need to perfect certain techniques or to train and stimulate specific muscles.
